Ocean  Winds(OW) is the joint venture between ENGIE and EDPR dedicated to offshore  wind. With more than 18 GW in operation or in development in 2025, OW's  ambition is to be a leader in offshore wind. OW is a pioneer in floating wind  energy with the commissioning in 2020 of the first floating wind farm in  continental Europe and the second in the world: WindFloat Atlantic, off the  coast of Portugal. OW is present in France through 3 projects under  construction: Yeu-Noirmoutier, Dieppe-Le Tréport and Les Eoliennes Flottantes  du Golfe du Lion.
